I first met Jake Riggs in January of 2018 when he came to the house to assess a renovation my wife and I wanted to perform. From the first meeting I knew he was the guy for the job. You immediately trust and respect Jake and his knowledge is unbelievable.
We began work in July of 2018 and I was bracing for the stress and sleepless nights because it's construction, right? Not with Riggs, he set out a schedule and followed it to the T If there was going to be a delay I knew up front and explained why it was happening. Riggs made the process fun and enjoyable. Working with Riggs was a great experience. Their bid was not the most expensive or the least expensive, but they were the most responsive in the bidding process and that was worth a lot to me, so we went with them. They continued to be very responsive to every question, change order, sub-contractor issue, etc. We were very pleased with our project manager, who was friendly, took time with each sub and step of the process to make sure we felt comfortable and were satisfied with the work. The subs themselves were excellent craftsmen and very good at their specialty.
