We had Riggs work on a remodel at our home. We lived at the house during the remodel which affected our master, the downstairs and the outside. During the remodel the hurricane occurred and we had a baby. Each of these events on its own can be stressful however Riggs builders were excellent, professional and timely. The end product was excellent and they addressed any issues that came up during the remodel process. We would use them again in a heart beat and have no reservations about recommending them to others.

I can’t say enough about these guys. They did a kitchen renovation for us and even made it a fun project! They worked with us to be within our budget, were very accessible for any questions or ideas to talk through, and finished on time. I first met Jake Riggs in January of 2018 when he came to the house to assess a renovation my wife and I wanted to perform. From the first meeting I knew he was the guy for the job. You immediately trust and respect Jake and his knowledge is unbelievable. We began work in July of 2018 and I was bracing for the stress and sleepless nights because it's construction, right? Not with Riggs, he set out a schedule and followed it to the T If there was going to be a delay I knew up front and explained why it was happening. Riggs made the process fun and enjoyable. When there was an issue or something that needed to be discussed we sat down and went through it and came up with a solution. My experience with Riggs Custom Builders was amazing. His crew were respectful and attentive and always cleaned up. My wife and I are over the moon with the results and currently enjoying our new Master Suite and extended living room and new kitchen!!!!!! I highly recommend Riggs Custom Home Builders! The Riggs team recently added a room onto our home, and the finished product exceeded our expectations! We especially love how they designed it with large beautiful windows across one entire wall. The team was wonderful to work with and very responsive to any questions or concerns we had throughout the whole process. We love the new space, and plan to use them again for future projects!

We did a complete kitchen remodel. Converted from electric to gas cooktop and completely rearranged the kitchen layout including new lighting.

They turned our creepy basement into an awesome Speakeasy Bar, re-purposed an office space into a full bath and butler pantry and totally refreshed our kitchen.
