Riggs Custom Builders helped us do a thorough update / remodel of our recent home purchase and we could not have been more pleased!!!! We ended up getting our bathroom remodeled and our kitchen renovated and the rest of the house a fresh coat of paint, flooring, new lighting and plumbing fixtures. The house turned out marvelous and we finished ON TIME and ON BUDGET....two things I was afraid would not happen.

We used Riggs Custom Builders for our home renevation after they were recommended to us by several friends. Jake was so patient with us when we were trying to decide whether to renovate our old house or purchase a new house and renovate it. I think we worked together for about two years before we finally made a decision! My husband and I cannot say enough good things about our experience with them. The staff and crew were so professional and honestly our project manager, Isaiah, and his crew helped me to not go crazy during quarantine! Most importantly they were in constant communication with us-if something was going to change on the schedule, we always knew about it. We will definitely use them again on future projects and are quick to recommend them to people who are looking for honest, reliable, professional contractors! We love our new house and have Riggs Custom Builders to thank for it!

Joe and his team were easy to communicate with and kept us up to date on the multitude of projects they completed for us. Joe was proactive in finding solutions that were cost effective, produced excellent results and he was always open to options as well as questions. We had Jacob and his crew do 2 jobs for us over the past 2 years - a complete crawlspace cleanout and encapsulation, and then a whole-house renovation. Both times we were blown away by their professionalism, their honesty and the quality of their work. Our renovation was ambitious and we were pressed for time, but they were on time and under budget, paying close attention to every detail. I hear so many friends complaining about unresponsive contractors, having a hard time even getting bids on jobs. Call Riggs and 1) you will get a response, and 2) you will love the end result! Can't recommend highly enough.

We can’t emphasize enough how amazing Riggs has been! Having renovations, remodels or repairs on your home is always invasive and stressful. They take professionalism, custom work and customer care, a family feel to a new level. We have had good experiences with contractors in the past, but this takes it to a new level. Everything was white glove service, everyone was polite, everything was updated, everything was truthful, everyone was helpful and polite. I could go on and on about how amazing they were. These are the kind of people that do good work and that you can trust. I would recommend them every day. Amazing!!!!

The Riggs team recently added a room onto our home, and the finished product exceeded our expectations! We especially love how they designed it with large beautiful windows across one entire wall. The team was wonderful to work with and very responsive to any questions or concerns we had throughout the whole process. We love the new space, and plan to use them again for future projects!
