2 Project Meeting

We'll meet — at your property or in our office — to define the scope of work, discuss your goals and design preferences, and establish a realistic budget range. This meeting helps both of us determine fit and feasibility before either side commits further.

3 Plan & Design

We use LIDAR scanning and professional 3D modeling software to produce accurate construction drawings and renderings from your existing space or lot. You'll see your project in three dimensions before anything starts. If you need architectural support, we have trusted local partners we can introduce you to.

4 Estimating

Our estimating team builds a detailed estimate organized by trade and category — framing, electrical, plumbing, finishes, and more. Allowances are clearly defined with dollar amounts for items like flooring, fixtures, and cabinetry. We also present optional upgrades and cost-saving alternatives separately, so you can approve or decline each one. We review the full estimate with you in person so you understand exactly what's included before construction starts. This process typically takes 2–4 weeks.

5 Project Launch

Once you're ready to move forward, we hold a launch meeting where you'll meet your dedicated project manager and our leadership team, sign the contract, and review a detailed construction schedule. We build in enough lead time before your start date to get everything ordered and organized so your build starts smoothly.

6 Work Begins

Construction starts — and you'll have full visibility into the schedule, budget, and daily activity through our client-facing project management platform. Your project manager uploads progress photos, tracks financials, manages change orders with your written approval, and communicates with you directly through the platform. We keep our project managers' workloads intentionally low so your project gets the attention it deserves.
