We had Riggs work on a remodel at our home. We lived at the house during the remodel which affected our master, the downstairs and the outside. During the remodel the hurricane occurred and we had a baby. Each of these events on its own can be stressful however Riggs builders were excellent, professional and timely. The end product was excellent and they addressed any issues that came up during the remodel process. We would use them again in a heart beat and have no reservations about recommending them to others.

We have had several houses and most of them we had to tweak to better fit our lives. We’ve been lucky to find excellent contractors. Riggs Custom Builders has jumped to top of our list. Most professional, most attentive, most responsive, most organized, most talented personnel . This tweak was prepared to perfection. Hope this house is our last, but if not Riggs will be our first call to make improvements.

Riggs Custom Builders was great to work with. All their crew were timely and on schedule from the initial start date to finish. And with a kitchen/dining room remodel that is quite impressive. Communication was on point. Our PM, Hunter was the best, talking us through every step and making sure it was all on target. I first met Jake Riggs in January of 2018 when he came to the house to assess a renovation my wife and I wanted to perform. From the first meeting I knew he was the guy for the job. You immediately trust and respect Jake and his knowledge is unbelievable. We began work in July of 2018 and I was bracing for the stress and sleepless nights because it's construction, right? Not with Riggs, he set out a schedule and followed it to the T If there was going to be a delay I knew up front and explained why it was happening. Riggs made the process fun and enjoyable. When there was an issue or something that needed to be discussed we sat down and went through it and came up with a solution. My experience with Riggs Custom Builders was amazing. His crew were respectful and attentive and always cleaned up. My wife and I are over the moon with the results and currently enjoying our new Master Suite and extended living room and new kitchen!!!!!! I highly recommend Riggs Custom Home Builders!
