Our job with them was big and complex, but they stayed on schedule, communicated issues to us promptly and worked together with us to solve them, on budget. Their work was also very high quality and they followed up afterwards to ensure everything was working after move in. We will be using them again.

We used Riggs Custom Builders for our home renevation after they were recommended to us by several friends. Jake was so patient with us when we were trying to decide whether to renovate our old house or purchase a new house and renovate it. I think we worked together for about two years before we finally made a decision! My husband and I cannot say enough good things about our experience with them. The staff and crew were so professional and honestly our project manager, Isaiah, and his crew helped me to not go crazy during quarantine! Most importantly they were in constant communication with us-if something was going to change on the schedule, we always knew about it. We will definitely use them again on future projects and are quick to recommend them to people who are looking for honest, reliable, professional contractors! Their bid was not the most expensive or the least expensive, but they were the most responsive in the bidding process and that was worth a lot to me, so we went with them. They continued to be very responsive to every question, change order, sub-contractor issue, etc. We were very pleased with our project manager, who was friendly, took time with each sub and step of the process to make sure we felt comfortable and were satisfied with the work. The subs themselves were excellent craftsmen and very good at their specialty. 100% would use Riggs on our next project.
