We had a fantastic experience working with Riggs for our kitchen remodel! We found Riggs through searching for remodeling companies online, and it was apparent from the reviews I read about them that they were a company with a lot of happy customers! We decided to move forward with meeting with Jacob and two other companies, and it became clear after meeting with Jacob that Riggs was the right company for us to work with. Throughout the time on the job, everyone from Riggs was incredibly professional, neat, thorough, and very personable. Brian, our project manager, was incredibly communicative every step of the way, and was so helpful in ensuring that the job was done right. I really felt like he was in our corner! Riggs did a fantastic job with our kitchen remodel and we are looking forward to using them for future home renovations!

We would recommend Riggs Custom Builders 100%. They stayed on schedule, amidst the crazy delays that we are seeing across the board due to COVID. They were extremely communicative, hearing from our project manager every single day throughout the entire project. When issues arose (which happens with every reno project), they handled it with kindness, proactivity and integrity. It was a stress-free process with our project manager and his Riggs team forseeing issues before they arose; and handling unforeseen issues as they came up very quickly. All of their subs were very professional and did a great job. The Riggs team was very particular on how the work was done, and often flagged small issues that we never would have caught. This allowed us to enjoy the process, knowing that they were going through everything with a fine-tooth comb. They kept the site clean, worked almost every day - even on rainy days, they would just wait on the rain to stop to get back to work if it was interfering. On multiple occasions they went above and beyond taking care of things to make sure that we were happy with the end result. They were so patient with us through the process. They are very very impressive and we are so thankful that we used them!

A tree fell on our house during Hurricane Helene. Riggs was outstanding from beginning to end. They were able to quickly get us a quote despite the major demand for contractors at that time. They were able to start the work quicker than we expected and they worked around our holiday travel plans. Our project manager Caleb is very nice and a complete professional. Communication was very good throughout. We were living in the house with two small children during the work, and Riggs did everything they could to minimize mess and disruption. The work itself is excellent and we are very pleased. We'd love to work with them again on future projects!

What an amazing company to do business with. Stephen, Stuart, DG, Amy, and the rest of the staff did an outstanding job on our project. We had Jacob and his crew do 2 jobs for us over the past 2 years - a complete crawlspace cleanout and encapsulation, and then a whole-house renovation. Both times we were blown away by their professionalism, their honesty and the quality of their work. Our renovation was ambitious and we were pressed for time, but they were on time and under budget, paying close attention to every detail. I hear so many friends complaining about unresponsive contractors, having a hard time even getting bids on jobs. Call Riggs and 1) you will get a response, and 2) you will love the end result! Can't recommend highly enough.
