We can’t emphasize enough how amazing Riggs has been! Having renovations, remodels or repairs on your home is always invasive and stressful. They take professionalism, custom work and customer care, a family feel to a new level. We have had good experiences with contractors in the past, but this takes it to a new level. Everything was white glove service, everyone was polite, everything was updated, everything was truthful, everyone was helpful and polite. I could go on and on about how amazing they were. These are the kind of people that do good work and that you can trust. I would recommend them every day. Amazing!!!!

We had Jacob and his crew do 2 jobs for us over the past 2 years - a complete crawlspace cleanout and encapsulation, and then a whole-house renovation. Both times we were blown away by their professionalism, their honesty and the quality of their work. Our renovation was ambitious and we were pressed for time, but they were on time and under budget, paying close attention to every detail. I hear so many friends complaining about unresponsive contractors, having a hard time even getting bids on jobs. Call Riggs and 1) you will get a response, and 2) you will love the end result! Riggs Custom Builders is extremely professional . They perform quality work . Daily they provide pictures on the work performed . They stick to schedule . Their communication couldn’t be any better . I am very satisfied with the work they performed to include Brickwork , framing , roofing , interior work and painting . I would definitely recommend them for your home rebuild or redesign.

They worked with us to be within our budget, were very accessible for any questions or ideas to talk through, and finished on time. We used Riggs Custom Builders for our home renevation after they were recommended to us by several friends. Jake was so patient with us when we were trying to decide whether to renovate our old house or purchase a new house and renovate it. I think we worked together for about two years before we finally made a decision! My husband and I cannot say enough good things about our experience with them. The staff and crew were so professional and honestly our project manager, Isaiah, and his crew helped me to not go crazy during quarantine! Most importantly they were in constant communication with us-if something was going to change on the schedule, we always knew about it.
