A tree fell on our house during Hurricane Helene. Riggs was outstanding from beginning to end. They were able to quickly get us a quote despite the major demand for contractors at that time. They were able to start the work quicker than we expected and they worked around our holiday travel plans. Our project manager Caleb is very nice and a complete professional. Communication was very good throughout. We were living in the house with two small children during the work, and Riggs did everything they could to minimize mess and disruption.
