We used Riggs Custom Builders for our home renevation after they were recommended to us by several friends. Jake was so patient with us when we were trying to decide whether to renovate our old house or purchase a new house and renovate it. I think we worked together for about two years before we finally made a decision! My husband and I cannot say enough good things about our experience with them. The staff and crew were so professional and honestly our project manager, Isaiah, and his crew helped me to not go crazy during quarantine! Most importantly they were in constant communication with us-if something was going to change on the schedule, we always knew about it. We will definitely use them again on future projects and are quick to recommend them to people who are looking for honest, reliable, professional contractors! We can’t emphasize enough how amazing Riggs has been! Having renovations, remodels or repairs on your home is always invasive and stressful. They take professionalism, custom work and customer care, a family feel to a new level. We have had good experiences with contractors in the past, but this takes it to a new level. Working with Riggs was an outstanding experience from start to finish!!! They turned our creepy basement into an awesome Speakeasy Bar, re-purposed an office space into a full bath and butler pantry and totally refreshed our kitchen. They completed the job on schedule and on budget which seems to be a rarity these days. The professionalism displayed by the entire crew was top-notch. They really cared about minimizing our inconvenience and making sure everything was completed to our satisfaction.
