A tree fell on our house during Hurricane Helene. Riggs was outstanding from beginning to end. They were able to quickly get us a quote despite the major demand for contractors at that time. They were able to start the work quicker than we expected and they worked around our holiday travel plans. Our project manager Caleb is very nice and a complete professional. Communication was very good throughout. We were living in the house with two small children during the work, and Riggs did everything they could to minimize mess and disruption. The work itself is excellent and we are very pleased. We'd love to work with them again on future projects!

We had a great experience with Riggs and would recommend them to anyone looking to do a remodel big or small! Our job with them was big and complex, but they stayed on schedule, communicated issues to us promptly and worked together with us to solve them, on budget. Their work was also very high quality and they followed up afterwards to ensure everything was working after move in. We will be using them again.

We could not be happier with Riggs. Our project was done in a timely manner, with quality and attention to detail. The thing that most impresses me about Riggs is the constant communication. I was always able to get in touch with them with any of my questions or needs. We also had access to their work calendar so we could see how items were progressing. We even had a weekly meeting with them to ask questions and update us on how the project was going. They are a pleasure to work with and they all operate with the utmost integrity. Would use Riggs again in a heart beat and recommend them to anyone!

Working with Riggs was an outstanding experience from start to finish!!! They turned our creepy basement into an awesome Speakeasy Bar, re-purposed an office space into a full bath and butler pantry and totally refreshed our kitchen. They completed the job on schedule and on budget which seems to be a rarity these days. The professionalism displayed by the entire crew was top-notch. They really cared about minimizing our inconvenience and making sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. Rather than the nightmare we thought the home renovation process would be, we actually enjoyed the experience of working with the Riggs team and made friends along the way. We have had several houses and most of them we had to tweak to better fit our lives. We’ve been lucky to find excellent contractors. Riggs Custom Builders has jumped to top of our list. Most professional, most attentive, most responsive, most organized, most talented personnel . This tweak was prepared to perfection. Hope this house is our last, but if not Riggs will be our first call to make improvements.

We had a fantastic experience working with Riggs for our kitchen remodel! We found Riggs through searching for remodeling companies online, and it was apparent from the reviews I read about them that they were a company with a lot of happy customers! We decided to move forward with meeting with Jacob and two other companies, and it became clear after meeting with Jacob that Riggs was the right company for us to work with. Throughout the time on the job, everyone from Riggs was incredibly professional, neat, thorough, and very personable. Brian, our project manager, was incredibly communicative every step of the way, and was so helpful in ensuring that the job was done right. I really felt like he was in our corner! Riggs did a fantastic job with our kitchen remodel and we are looking forward to using them for future home renovations!
