We have had several houses and most of them we had to tweak to better fit our lives. We’ve been lucky to find excellent contractors. Riggs Custom Builders has jumped to top of our list. Most professional, most attentive, most responsive, most organized, most talented personnel . This tweak was prepared to perfection. Hope this house is our last, but if not Riggs will be our first call to make improvements.

The whole Riggs team has been absolutely amazing throughout the renovation on my home. Caleb was extremely communicative and knowledgeable! I would recommend them over and over!

The Riggs team recently added a room onto our home, and the finished product exceeded our expectations! We especially love how they designed it with large beautiful windows across one entire wall. The team was wonderful to work with and very responsive to any questions or concerns we had throughout the whole process. We love the new space, and plan to use them again for future projects!

We can’t emphasize enough how amazing Riggs has been! Having renovations, remodels or repairs on your home is always invasive and stressful. They take professionalism, custom work and customer care, a family feel to a new level. We have had good experiences with contractors in the past, but this takes it to a new level. Everything was white glove service, everyone was polite, everything was updated, everything was truthful, everyone was helpful and polite. I could go on and on about how amazing they were.
