My husband and I have had a wonderful experience with Riggs Custom Builders. We were impressed with all of Riggs employees . They were very professional and highly skilled. They were on time, and on budget!. Our new addition to our home exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Riggs Custom Builders to anyone needing their expertise and if we ever need anything done to our home in the future they will definitely be the company we use.

Working with Riggs was a great experience. Their bid was not the most expensive or the least expensive, but they were the most responsive in the bidding process and that was worth a lot to me, so we went with them. They continued to be very responsive to every question, change order, sub-contractor issue, etc. We were very pleased with our project manager, who was friendly, took time with each sub and step of the process to make sure we felt comfortable and were satisfied with the work. The subs themselves were excellent craftsmen and very good at their specialty. 100% would use Riggs on our next project.

The Riggs team recently added a room onto our home, and the finished product exceeded our expectations! We especially love how they designed it with large beautiful windows across one entire wall. The team was wonderful to work with and very responsive to any questions or concerns we had throughout the whole process. We love the new space, and plan to use them again for future projects!

Jake was so patient with us when we were trying to decide whether to renovate our old house or purchase a new house and renovate it. I think we worked together for about two years before we finally made a decision! My husband and I cannot say enough good things about our experience with them. The staff and crew were so professional and honestly our project manager, Isaiah, and his crew helped me to not go crazy during quarantine! Most importantly they were in constant communication with us-if something was going to change on the schedule, we always knew about it. Riggs Custom Builders helped us do a thorough update / remodel of our recent home purchase and we could not have been more pleased!!!! We ended up getting our bathroom remodeled and our kitchen renovated and the rest of the house a fresh coat of paint, flooring, new lighting and plumbing fixtures. The house turned out marvelous and we finished ON TIME and ON BUDGET....two things I was afraid would not happen.
