They worked with us to be within our budget, were very accessible for any questions or ideas to talk through, and finished on time. I first met Jake Riggs in January of 2018 when he came to the house to assess a renovation my wife and I wanted to perform. From the first meeting I knew he was the guy for the job. You immediately trust and respect Jake and his knowledge is unbelievable. We began work in July of 2018 and I was bracing for the stress and sleepless nights because it's construction, right? Not with Riggs, he set out a schedule and followed it to the T If there was going to be a delay I knew up front and explained why it was happening. Riggs made the process fun and enjoyable. When there was an issue or something that needed to be discussed we sat down and went through it and came up with a solution. My experience with Riggs Custom Builders was amazing. His crew were respectful and attentive and always cleaned up. My wife and I are over the moon with the results and currently enjoying our new Master Suite and extended living room and new kitchen!!!!!! I highly recommend Riggs Custom Home Builders!
