Riggs Custom Builders

My experience with Riggs Custom Builders was absolutely a great experience. They were so kind and helpful throughout the entire process. They did repairs to my home, getting it ready to sell. They were very professional and so helpful. I will definitely use them again.

We would recommend Riggs Custom Builders 100%. They stayed on schedule, amidst the crazy delays that we are seeing across the board due to COVID. They were extremely communicative, hearing from our project manager every single day throughout the entire project. When issues arose (which happens with every reno project), they handled it with kindness, proactivity and integrity. It was a stress-free process with our project manager and his Riggs team forseeing issues before they arose; and handling unforeseen issues as they came up very quickly. All of their subs were very professional and did a great job. The Riggs team was very particular on how the work was done, and often flagged small issues that we never would have caught. This allowed us to enjoy the process, knowing that they were going through everything with a fine-tooth comb. They kept the site clean, worked almost every day - even on rainy days, they would just wait on the rain to stop to get back to work if it was interfering. On multiple occasions they went above and beyond taking care of things to make sure that we were happy with the end result. They were so patient with us through the process. They are very very impressive and we are so thankful that we used them!

They did an amazing job with my bathroom. Not only it was stress free but they pay attention to detail. The turn around time was so amazing and they kept my house clean!! I will use them again and will recommend them.

We had Jacob and his crew do 2 jobs for us over the past 2 years - a complete crawlspace cleanout and encapsulation, and then a whole-house renovation. Both times we were blown away by their professionalism, their honesty and the quality of their work. Our renovation was ambitious and we were pressed for time, but they were on time and under budget, paying close attention to every detail. I hear so many friends complaining about unresponsive contractors, having a hard time even getting bids on jobs. Call Riggs and 1) you will get a response, and 2) you will love the end result! Can't recommend highly enough.

We had a jacuzzi bathtub that was previously installed by another local contractor. Months later I noticed a substantial amount of water in our crawl space. I decided to call Mr Jacob Riggs and he immediately came out to our home , assessed the problem , and repaired the drain line immediately . His crew left the worksite neat and clean & we are extremely pleased with The Quality of the Work performed & the Response Time . Kim and I highly Recommend Riggs Custom Builders !

Working with Riggs was an outstanding experience from start to finish!!! They turned our creepy basement into an awesome Speakeasy Bar, re-purposed an office space into a full bath and butler pantry and totally refreshed our kitchen. They completed the job on schedule and on budget which seems to be a rarity these days. The professionalism displayed by the entire crew was top-notch. They really cared about minimizing our inconvenience and making sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. Rather than the nightmare we thought the home renovation process would be, we actually enjoyed the experience of working with the Riggs team and made friends along the way. We highly recommend anyone considering a home renovation to reach out to Riggs!!!!!

We were extremely pleased with the work that Riggs completed on our house. Brian and was great to work with, timely in his responses and all the workers were very professional. We will definitely use them in the future!
