I first met Jake Riggs in January of 2018 when he came to the house to assess a renovation my wife and I wanted to perform. From the first meeting I knew he was the guy for the job. You immediately trust and respect Jake and his knowledge is unbelievable.
We began work in July of 2018 and I was bracing for the stress and sleepless nights because it's construction, right? Not with Riggs, he set out a schedule and followed it to the T If there was going to be a delay I knew up front and explained why it was happening. Riggs made the process fun and enjoyable. A tree fell on our house during Hurricane Helene. Riggs was outstanding from beginning to end. They were able to quickly get us a quote despite the major demand for contractors at that time. They were able to start the work quicker than we expected and they worked around our holiday travel plans. Our project manager Caleb is very nice and a complete professional. Communication was very good throughout. We were living in the house with two small children during the work, and Riggs did everything they could to minimize mess and disruption.
