We have had several houses and most of them we had to tweak to better fit our lives. We’ve been lucky to find excellent contractors. Riggs Custom Builders has jumped to top of our list. Most professional, most attentive, most responsive, most organized, most talented personnel . This tweak was prepared to perfection. Hope this house is our last, but if not Riggs will be our first call to make improvements.

We did a complete kitchen remodel. Converted from electric to gas cooktop and completely rearranged the kitchen layout including new lighting.

What an amazing company to do business with. Stephen, Stuart, DG, Amy, and the rest of the staff did an outstanding job on our project. We were kept informed of the entire process of the construction on a day to day basis. We did not encounter any delays. We will recommend Riggs Construction to our neighbors and friends. I first met Jake Riggs in January of 2018 when he came to the house to assess a renovation my wife and I wanted to perform. From the first meeting I knew he was the guy for the job. You immediately trust and respect Jake and his knowledge is unbelievable. We began work in July of 2018 and I was bracing for the stress and sleepless nights because it's construction, right? Not with Riggs, he set out a schedule and followed it to the T If there was going to be a delay I knew up front and explained why it was happening. Riggs made the process fun and enjoyable. When there was an issue or something that needed to be discussed we sat down and went through it and came up with a solution. My experience with Riggs Custom Builders was amazing. His crew were respectful and attentive and always cleaned up. My wife and I are over the moon with the results and currently enjoying our new Master Suite and extended living room and new kitchen!!!!!! I highly recommend Riggs Custom Home Builders! Knowledgeable, Honest and Attentive! Will definitely be calling Jake for all future projects!

Riggs Custom Builders was great to work with. All their crew were timely and on schedule from the initial start date to finish. And with a kitchen/dining room remodel that is quite impressive. Communication was on point. Our PM, Hunter was the best, talking us through every step and making sure it was all on target. We are proud to show off our remodeled home and let everyone know Riggs is the best.

Riggs did a great job on a den remodel incl. Wall removal, flooring work, drywall installation, exterior work to change door to window, electrical changes and ceiling smoothing (was a stamped ceiling). They were always punctual with very good communication. I would (and have already) highly recommend Riggs.

We would recommend Riggs Custom Builders 100%. They stayed on schedule, amidst the crazy delays that we are seeing across the board due to COVID. They were extremely communicative, hearing from our project manager every single day throughout the entire project. When issues arose (which happens with every reno project), they handled it with kindness, proactivity and integrity. It was a stress-free process with our project manager and his Riggs team forseeing issues before they arose; and handling unforeseen issues as they came up very quickly. All of their subs were very professional and did a great job. The Riggs team was very particular on how the work was done, and often flagged small issues that we never would have caught. This allowed us to enjoy the process, knowing that they were going through everything with a fine-tooth comb. They kept the site clean, worked almost every day - even on rainy days, they would just wait on the rain to stop to get back to work if it was interfering. On multiple occasions they went above and beyond taking care of things to make sure that we were happy with the end result. They were so patient with us through the process. They are very very impressive and we are so thankful that we used them!
