I first met Jake Riggs in January of 2018 when he came to the house to assess a renovation my wife and I wanted to perform. From the first meeting I knew he was the guy for the job. You immediately trust and respect Jake and his knowledge is unbelievable. We began work in July of 2018 and I was bracing for the stress and sleepless nights because it's construction, right? Not with Riggs, he set out a schedule and followed it to the T If there was going to be a delay I knew up front and explained why it was happening. Riggs made the process fun and enjoyable. When there was an issue or something that needed to be discussed we sat down and went through it and came up with a solution. My experience with Riggs Custom Builders was amazing. His crew were respectful and attentive and always cleaned up. My wife and I are over the moon with the results and currently enjoying our new Master Suite and extended living room and new kitchen!!!!!! I highly recommend Riggs Custom Home Builders! Knowledgeable, Honest and Attentive! Will definitely be calling Jake for all future projects!

We had a fantastic experience working with Riggs during our remodel! They professionally guided us through a layout and design that we love. Workers were on time, courteous and kept our house as clean as possible during the messy renovations. The Riggs team completed a major renovation project for us, including knocking down 2 walls and creating a larger kitchen and living space. They were on time and in budget. We used Riggs Custom Builders for our home renevation after they were recommended to us by several friends. Jake was so patient with us when we were trying to decide whether to renovate our old house or purchase a new house and renovate it. I think we worked together for about two years before we finally made a decision! My husband and I cannot say enough good things about our experience with them. The staff and crew were so professional and honestly our project manager, Isaiah, and his crew helped me to not go crazy during quarantine! Most importantly they were in constant communication with us-if something was going to change on the schedule, we always knew about it. We will definitely use them again on future projects and are quick to recommend them to people who are looking for honest, reliable, professional contractors! We love our new house and have Riggs Custom Builders to thank for it!

Riggs did a great job on a den remodel incl. Wall removal, flooring work, drywall installation, exterior work to change door to window, electrical changes and ceiling smoothing (was a stamped ceiling). They were always punctual with very good communication. I would (and have already) highly recommend Riggs.
