Riggs Custom Builders was great to work with. All their crew were timely and on schedule from the initial start date to finish. And with a kitchen/dining room remodel that is quite impressive. Communication was on point. Our PM, Hunter was the best, talking us through every step and making sure it was all on target. We are proud to show off our remodeled home and let everyone know Riggs is the best.

Riggs did a great job on a den remodel incl. Wall removal, flooring work, drywall installation, exterior work to change door to window, electrical changes and ceiling smoothing (was a stamped ceiling). They were always punctual with very good communication. I would (and have already) highly recommend Riggs.

I first met Jake Riggs in January of 2018 when he came to the house to assess a renovation my wife and I wanted to perform. From the first meeting I knew he was the guy for the job. You immediately trust and respect Jake and his knowledge is unbelievable. We began work in July of 2018 and I was bracing for the stress and sleepless nights because it's construction, right? Not with Riggs, he set out a schedule and followed it to the T If there was going to be a delay I knew up front and explained why it was happening. Riggs made the process fun and enjoyable. When there was an issue or something that needed to be discussed we sat down and went through it and came up with a solution. My experience with Riggs Custom Builders was amazing. His crew were respectful and attentive and always cleaned up. My wife and I are over the moon with the results and currently enjoying our new Master Suite and extended living room and new kitchen!!!!!! I highly recommend Riggs Custom Home Builders! Knowledgeable, Honest and Attentive! Will definitely be calling Jake for all future projects!

We did a complete kitchen remodel. Converted from electric to gas cooktop and completely rearranged the kitchen layout including new lighting.

Working with Riggs was an outstanding experience from start to finish!!! They turned our creepy basement into an awesome Speakeasy Bar, re-purposed an office space into a full bath and butler pantry and totally refreshed our kitchen. They completed the job on schedule and on budget which seems to be a rarity these days. The professionalism displayed by the entire crew was top-notch. They really cared about minimizing our inconvenience and making sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. Rather than the nightmare we thought the home renovation process would be, we actually enjoyed the experience of working with the Riggs team and made friends along the way.
