We had Jacob and his crew do 2 jobs for us over the past 2 years - a complete crawlspace cleanout and encapsulation, and then a whole-house renovation. Both times we were blown away by their professionalism, their honesty and the quality of their work. Our renovation was ambitious and we were pressed for time, but they were on time and under budget, paying close attention to every detail. I hear so many friends complaining about unresponsive contractors, having a hard time even getting bids on jobs. Call Riggs and 1) you will get a response, and 2) you will love the end result! Can't recommend highly enough.

Riggs Custom Builders is extremely professional . They perform quality work . Daily they provide pictures on the work performed . They stick to schedule . Their communication couldn’t be any better . I am very satisfied with the work they performed to include Brickwork , framing , roofing , interior work and painting . I would definitely recommend them for your home rebuild or redesign.

We had a jacuzzi bathtub that was previously installed by another local contractor. Months later I noticed a substantial amount of water in our crawl space. I decided to call Mr Jacob Riggs and he immediately came out to our home , assessed the problem , and repaired the drain line immediately . Riggs Custom Builders was great to work with. All their crew were timely and on schedule from the initial start date to finish. And with a kitchen/dining room remodel that is quite impressive. Communication was on point. Our PM, Hunter was the best, talking us through every step and making sure it was all on target.
