Our office team handles the initial client intake, offering a clear overview of our process and helping determine whether your project is a good fit for our services.

Our initial project meeting typically lasts 45 minutes to an hour and is designed to explore the key elements of your project. During this conversation, we aim to define the project scope, assess whether it aligns with our expertise, and see if there’s a natural working chemistry. We’ll also explore how our design or construction experience might help guide your vision, clarify whether you need formal plans or design support, and work together to establish a preliminary budget to help determine overall feasibility.

We offer a comprehensive plan service that includes detailed drawings and 3D renderings to help bring your vision to life. If your project requires something beyond our scope, we work closely with a trusted network of architects we’re happy to recommend. While not every project needs a full set of plans, many benefit greatly from having them. Clear plans help define the project scope, align everyone’s expectations, and ensure that our estimates are as accurate and reliable as possible.

Once you give us the go-ahead, we’ll begin the estimating process. After final plans are submitted, our estimator typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on the scope, to prepare a detailed, thoroughly researched estimate. During the estimate review meeting, we’ll walk you through the scope and provide a clear, line-itemed breakdown for full transparency. It’s normal for adjustments to follow as you consider next steps. Whether you're ready to move forward, need time to refine the scope, or choose to pause, we respect your process and timeline.

Once you're comfortable with the scope and pricing, we’ll schedule a Project Launch Meeting to officially kick things off. During this meeting, you'll meet your project manager, review the full scope of work, and connect with your designer if needed. We’ll introduce you to BuilderTrend, our project management software, and walk through project flow, scheduling, and key next steps. This meeting also includes signing the contract, collecting the initial deposit, confirming materials and selections, and preparing the jobsite for work to begin.
