Working with Riggs was a great experience. Their bid was not the most expensive or the least expensive, but they were the most responsive in the bidding process and that was worth a lot to me, so we went with them. They continued to be very responsive to every question, change order, sub-contractor issue, etc. We were very pleased with our project manager, who was friendly, took time with each sub and step of the process to make sure we felt comfortable and were satisfied with the work. The subs themselves were excellent craftsmen and very good at their specialty.

We had Riggs work on a remodel at our home. We lived at the house during the remodel which affected our master, the downstairs and the outside. During the remodel the hurricane occurred and we had a baby. Each of these events on its own can be stressful however Riggs builders were excellent, professional and timely.

A tree fell on our house during Hurricane Helene. Riggs was outstanding from beginning to end. They were able to quickly get us a quote despite the major demand for contractors at that time. They were able to start the work quicker than we expected and they worked around our holiday travel plans. Our project manager Caleb is very nice and a complete professional. Communication was very good throughout. We were living in the house with two small children during the work, and Riggs did everything they could to minimize mess and disruption. The work itself is excellent and we are very pleased. We'd love to work with them again on future projects!
